Meet Amy

Originally from Coral Gables, Amy Brody Poliakoff graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Communications and Art History from the University of Miami. Amy followed her passion in the arts through extensive experience working for top art dealers in the industry. Amy served in a variety of roles with some of the most prestigious galleries in New York and Miami inclusive of David Zwirner, Paul Kasmin, Leila Heller, and Bernaducci Meisel for over five years. Today she continues to advise clients on curating collections that reflect their personal taste.

Concurrently, Amy gained further exposure to the arts industry through her starring role on Bravo TV’s television series, Gallery Girls where they filmed Amy’s life in the art business in New York. After returning to Miami, Amy became sales director of Oliver Cole Gallery and pursued a master’s in journalism – once again at the University of Miami.

Upon obtaining her master’s in journalism, Amy pursued her passion for writing and has written for a vast assortment of publications where she focuses on topics from the arts to travel, business, fintech, and lifestyle pieces. Amy has written and published multiple magazine covers and feature stories on notable subjects such as famed tennis player John Isner, political news commentator Kimberly Guilfoyle, the Milken Institute, celebrity chef Franklin Becker, and Jackie Segal, the Queen of Versailles to name a few. Amy is passionate about philanthropy and is an active member of the Beaux Arts Charity which enables children to have exposure to art education in the South Florida community. Amy has been a supporter of the American Red Cross for over ten years and is an executive with the Women’s Cancer Research Foundation.

Amy currently serves on the Next Gen committee supporting the Perez Art Museum and is a member of the Future Bass organization at the Bass Museum of Art.
